Course Description
The aim of this module is to provide learners with the skills, knowledge and competencies to operate both a manual bookkeeping system from source documents up to trial balance and to use a computerised accounts system incorporating Debtors, Creditors, Nominal Ledgers and financial reporting system. On successful completion of the programme, learners may progress to further education and training.

Entry Requirements
- Applicants must have reached the current statutory school leaving age
- Applicants seeking entry to the programme should have achieved a minimum of a FETAC Level 4 Major Award or its equivalent
- Good numerical and communication skills are essential, including verbal and written command of the English language
