This course has been designed to introduce Learners with little or no previous knowledge of computers to the basics of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). Topics covered in this course include: Computer Basics; Introduction to the Desktop; Introduction to Documents; Introduction to the Web and Communications.

 

Learning Outcomes

To give first time users of computer systems the skills and knowledge to prepare for certified ICT programmes.

 

This course will take place every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 06:30 pm – 09:30 pm for 5 week. Please note candidates must have good business English for exam purposes.
