This course is only aimed at those who are currently in full or part-time employment. The course duration is 20 weeks. There are no fees. This is a continuous intake online course.

This course equips learners with fundamental IT support skills, focusing on hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques. Learners will gain practical expertise to support IT systems and, and after completing the course, can register for an exam to gain the CompTIA A+ certification.
