The programme is designed to provide training opportunities to raise competency levels of unemployed people, facilitating their progression to or towards labour market participation.

The aim of this programme is to enable the learner to develop the knowledge, skills and competence in a broad range of information and communication technology which enable employment, under direct supervision, in a variety of information and communications technology sectors, or progression to further education or training.
