The aim of the Training Programme is to provide flexible training opportunities to raise competency levels of early school-leavers or unemployed people, not otherwise being catered for through SOLAS interventions, facilitating their progression to or toward, using collaborative community resources and opportunities.

This course is run out of the state-of-the-art facilities in the National College of Ireland in collaboration with Bohemian Football Club. The aim of this Programme is to enable the learner to acquire the knowledge, skill, and competence in a range of sports, recreation and exercise activities to work under supervision in a variety of sports related contexts, and or to progress to further and or higher education and training.
