The aim of this programme is to enable the learner to acquire the knowledge, skill and competence to work independently and under supervision providing administration services and support in a range of office administration contexts and or to progress to higher education and training.

Employability Statement
The successful completion of the QQI Level 5 award in Office Administration will enable applicants to work independently and under supervision providing administration services and support in a range of office administration contexts in a modern office environment.

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this programme learners will have the knowledge, skills and competencies to work independently and under supervision providing administration services and support in a range of office administration contexts. Learners also have the option to progress to higher education and training.

 

This course will take place every Monday & Wednesday evenings from 06.30 pm – 09.30 pm for 11 weeks. Please note candidates must have good business English for exam purposes. A basic knowledge of computers would be an advantage.

Candidates who are in employment wishing to take a place on this course may qualify for the Skills to Advance Initiative where a fee waiver applies once certain criteria is met.
